Legal experience shaped by the day-to-day of business

How it started

The firm was founded in 2008 by Gean Carlos Llobregat Rodrigues, an accountant before he became a lawyer.

For more than a decade, he worked alongside family-owned companies and watched several of them grow into large businesses. He took part in legal and business decisions at different stages along the way, always close to the people running the company.

That experience still shapes how we work. Before advising a client, we take the time to understand the company, the people involved and the moment it is going through. The goal is advice that fits that reality, not an off-the-shelf answer.

Today that experience translates into hands-on, practical counsel in tax, civil and corporate law, as well as public procurement. We work on prevention and on disputes, always making sure we understand the problem and its context before choosing a course.
